Vineeta is a voracious public speaker and a thought leader in diverse issues of Nation Building. She is on the board of studies of leading global institutes, mentor to social foundations and holds honorary advisory positions in various social organisations that work towards empowering women, promoting Indian diaspora, strengthening rural networks and spreading innovation.

Vineeta was recently given the Woman of Excellence Award from the Indian Achiever’s Forum which honour “Individuals of strong will and dedication, who despite all odds, are champions who polish their lives so much in their field of interest that they stand apart in society”. She has over the years, with her academic training and professional experience, developed unique capabilities of evolving strategies for public management and policy in multi disciplinary sectors, with abilities for trouble shooting for the most complex public administration and policy challenges.

After a decade of working in senior management roles in the public and private sectors in India, her mid career training from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore during 2010-11, in Public Administration and Policy, was a game changer and gave her a wide perspective on policy making with a focus on South East Asia.

Post her training, since 2012, she has been with bilateral and multilateral institutions, such as DFID and World Bank, engaging with the senior most bureaucracy and political leadership in policy formulation and leading the implementation of several flagship programmes, in different Ministries of Government of India focusing in the sectors of Urban and Rural Development and Enterprise development.

She believes in effecting change and transformation and has the necessary 360 degree skills to bring this about on a scale as large as India.
