Shweta is a corporate professional turned entrepreneur who believes in building ideas into businesses at scale that directly contribute to the growth of impact & emerging sectors. Turning towards entrepreneurship post a successful career at NCR in a global business role; Shweta has set-up Fintech ventures for expanding & delivering of financial access, choice & control to millions of underserved people in India – YTS, Arth Foundation and ARTH. She has also served as Digital Finance Advisor to IFC clients in Srilanka & India on large scale digital transformation projects and was the founding team member and COO & SVP of Airtel Payments Bank.

Apart from ARTH , Shweta runs indie dog care shelter for strays and abandoned dogs. Qualifications: MIT Sloan MBA, MSc Economics Management & Policy, BA (Economics) She was recognized as the Principle Innovative Leader 2019 at MIT Sloan School of Management.
