He held a leadership position as Sector Leader for Distribution, Public & Cross Industry for India South Asia. Prior to this, he was leading the market sales unit for GTS within ISA thereon Asean SMB sales leader at Geo level erstwhile Asean including India for the infrastructure services. He was also an EA to Satish K (GM for APAC & Japan) as a development role for a year. Earlier, he has been Strategy, Marketing & Operations Leader for combining One IBM Services GBS (Consulting) +GTS (Infrastructure) for India & thereon led ITS BU for ISA.
Sameer Batra, SVP – Global Growth leader is responsible for key strategic initiatives within Tech Mahindra: Global Account management, Reinforce Growth Program, The Mahindra Way and Integrated Client Experience cell. Sameer has already brought together his experience in setting up the ICE helpdesk to resolve RMG, HR, Finance & Legal for the front office to augment client partner management system, revamped Global Account Management program, brought in consistent growth in Reinforce set of accounts and has played an important role in achieving TMW maturity stage 7. Sameer is also leading the Strategic Global Alliances portfolio to create a simplified, effective structure and governance in order to improve TechM positioning (Solutions, Branding, Tiering) with our Strategic Partners to scale at global level the GTM, Roadmap and Growth.
